Our return service is possible for products that meet certain conditions, if these conditions are not met, depreciation may be charged. The conditions a return must meet are:

  • The product is complete, in original condition and undamaged.
  • The product has original labels, tags and/or cards.
  • The product is in the original undamaged packaging (if possible).

Returns
Is your order not to your liking? Of course, that is always annoying! We want to resolve this quickly for you. You can return a product within 30 days of receipt. Please note that your return label is valid for 30 days after delivery, otherwise the product cannot be returned. Für die Rücksendung berechnen wir 3,95 €. Return without a label
You don’t need to print your return label with us! Once your return has been registered, you will receive a return label at your email address. You can simply show this on your phone when you drop off the package at a PostNL point. Saves paper and hassle 😉

Bought a product with a discount?
Did you purchase your product at a discount and would you like to return it now? Our concept is based on a minimum spend, and you receive a certain discount based on that. Therefore, if you return an item, the discount will be recalculated. It is possible that you initially received a 20% discount because you spent at least €65, but that upon returning products, you now only receive a 10% discount on the total amount. This difference is calculated in the refund.

How do you return a product?
You can choose to return the products within 30 days and include a note in the return package indicating your wish to withdraw, but it is even easier to simply register your return via the button below. The return process is explained step-by-step below.

Step 1
Enter your order number + email address and press ‘Search order’.
Step 2

Here you will find the items you ordered.
Go to the item you want to return.

Step 3

Select how many of these items you want to return, select a reason, and follow the steps.

Step 4

Go to the return label
and fill in these details.
Here you can also select the shipping method.

Step 5

Step 6

You will now receive an email with a barcode. Take the package to a post office, have the barcode scanned there, and hand over the package.

Do you have a complaint?
If you have a complaint about our products or service, you can contact us via the contact form. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receipt of your complaint.
