How ‘real’ are our reviews?
When am I entitled to a warranty?
The statutory warranty applies to all items you purchase from us. The statutory warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer may reasonably expect of it. A manufacturer’s warranty also applies to some products. This warranty does not detract from the statutory warranty.
Can I still cancel my placed order?
Please note that unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order. As soon as you place an order, our delivery team gets to work for you immediately. The products are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment right away. This lightning-fast process means that we cannot cancel your order.
