Ordering and delivery

Can I still make changes to my order?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. Our inventory system is fully automated. However, this also means that your order is processed immediately, so you can enjoy your new items lightning fast!

My package was not delivered on time, what now?

Our packages are handed over to the postal service with care. They make every effort to deliver the packages on time. Should this not be the case, you can contact us. (Speedcube.nl is not liable for late delivery; after handover, this lies with the carrier).

My track and trace data isn’t working, what now?

It can sometimes take a little longer for the code to become active. If it is still not visible after 23:30, you can send an email to klantenservice@speedcube.nl
